Telur kukus


Bahan-bahan


  • 2 biji telur


  • 1 1/2 mangkuk air


  • sedikit minyak bijan(setitik)


  • 3/4 sudu besar minyak masak


  • sedikit garam/serbuk lada putih


  • bawang goreng


  • sedikit daun bawang


  • ayam cincang (diperap dengan kicap cair)


Cara memasak



1) kukus dan panaskan air dahulu sehingga mendidih, masukan mangkuk berisi telur dan kukus ..kukus selama 5 minit dengan api pelahan..selepas api dipadamkan harus segera membuka penutup kukus untuk elakkan wap air tersebut terserap kedalam mangkuk telur..



Masak lemak udang nenas

Bahan-bahan

  • 500g udang besar
  • 1/2 biji nenas masak dipotong dadu
  • 2 batang serai diketuk-potong 2
  • 1 bunga lawang
  • 1 kayu manis

Bahan-bahan untuk dikisar

  • 6 cili merah segar
  • 8 bawang merah
  • 1 kunyit 3cm
  • 2 buah keras
  • 1 sudu besar belacan
  • 1/2 cawan susu sejat(cair)
  • sedikit garam, gula dan serbuk perasa

Cara penyediaan

1) Panaskan 4 sudu minyak masak. Tumiskan bahan-bahan yang dikisar dengan serai, bunga lawang dan kayu manis sehingga wangi. Masukan udang dan masak dengan api tinggi sehingga udang masak.

2) Tuangkan susu sejat(cair) dan kacau sehingga kuah menjadi pekat. Tambahkan garam dan gula secukup rasa.

Rendang Ayam





Ayam
  • 1/2 kg ayam-potong 12 cuci dengan garam dan bilas bersih-bersih

  • 250ml santan

  • 100ml air

  • garam secukupnya

  • sedikit gula

  • sedikit serbuk perasa

  • hiasan - daun kunyit dihiris

Bahan yang dikisar



  • 1 sudu makan minyak sapi

  • 6 ulas bawang merah

  • 3 ulas bawang putih

  • 10 tangkai cili kering

  • 5 tangkai cili padi

  • 3cm kunyit hidup

  • 3cm halia

  • 1 sudu makan serbuk kari ayam/daging

Cara masakan


1) Panaskan minyak sapi dan tumiskan kesemua bahan yang dikisar hingga masak kekuningan. Masukan potongan ayam dan kacau hingga rata di atas api kecil selama 5 minit. Kemudian masukan serbuk kari, air dan santan.


2) Masukan sedikit garam, gula dan serbuk perasa..kacau lagi sehingga kuah rendang pekat.


3) Taburkan hirisan daun kunyit dan dihidangkan..



Tuna Rice Puff



Ingredients

  • 2/3 cup uncooked white rice
  • 1 1/3 cups water
  • 2 egg whites
  • 1/3 cup butter
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 1 (12 ounce) can tuna, undrained
  • 2 tablespoons grated onion
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Directions

  1. Bring the rice and water to a boil in a saucepan over high heat. Reduce heat to medium-low, cover, and simmer until the rice is tender, and the liquid has been absorbed, 20 to 25 minutes.
  2. Preheat an oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Beat egg whites until foamy in a large glass or metal mixing bowl. Lift your beater or whisk straight up: the egg whites should form a sharp peak that holds its shape; set aside.
  3. Melt the butter in a large saucepan over medium-low heat. Whisk in the flour, salt, and pepper; stir until the mixture becomes paste-like and light golden brown, about 5 minutes. Gradually whisk the milk into the flour mixture, and bring to a simmer over medium heat. Cook and stir 5 minutes. Whisk the egg yolks in a bowl until broken, then whisk in the milk mixture a few tablespoons at a time until you have whisked in 1/3 of the milk mixture. Scrape the egg yolk mixture into the saucepan with the remaining milk, and whisk until smooth. Cook 2 more minutes, stirring constantly.
  4. Remove the milk sauce from the heat, and stir in the rice, tuna, onion, and lemon juice. Gently fold in the egg whites until evenly blended, then pour into a 1 1/2 quart casserole dish.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven until the casserole has puffed slightly, is golden brown, and has set in the center, about 40 minutes.

Jayme's Cole SlawJayme's Cole Slaw



Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon celery seed
  • 4 cups chopped cabbage

Directions

  1. In a large bowl, whisk together the brown sugar, apple cider vinegar, mayonnaise, and celery seed. Add cabbage and toss to coat.

Smoked Chile Cole Slaw


Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Hellmann's® or Best Foods® Real Mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons chipotle peppers in adobo sauce
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • 2 teaspoons honey
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 pinch Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper (optional)
  • 1 medium head green cabbage, finely shredded
  • 2 large carrots, finely shredded
  • 1 small onion, halved and thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
Directions
  1. Combine Hellmanns® or Best Foods® Real Mayonnaise, chipotle peppers in adobo sauce, lime juice, honey and cumin in large bowl. Season, if desired, with salt and black pepper. Stir in remaining ingredients. Cover and refrigerate at least 20 minutes before serving.
